What is Tirzepatide and how does it work?

Tirezapatide is a once-weekly injection that doctors can prescribe to help with obesity, along with diet and exercise.
Tirzepatide belong to a family of drugs called GLP-1 receptor agonists. These medications work by slowing down digestion (delaying gastric emptying.)
